I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The rates were very reasonable and the value for money was excellent. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with a comfortable queen size bed and a beautiful view from the window. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served on the 12th floor was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
I had a great experience and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement in this hotel.

Nice hotel with 4 stars facilities. Hotel staff are superb and very helpful. I booked two separate rooms but was given two connecting rooms which were much desirable as we are travelling with small kids. Rooms are spacious, clean with nice flat screen TV. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Shopping mall is also around the corner. Will definitely stay again here whenever coming to Bursa.
I like this hotel very much.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bursa. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities and service provided. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and were always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable queen-size beds and beautiful views of the surrounding area. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of options available and everything was fresh and tasty.
No improvement needed - everything was perfect!

Very good comfortable room, excellent breakfast, valet parking service. For hotel guests with car, easy to find and to get to/from the hotel.A new room was given without hesitation, after the first room turned out to have been occupied by smokers.
Location far away from the center of Bursa in a commercial area opposite the bus station. A bit pricey and the usual lack of personality one finds in 5-star international hotels.

the garden with lavenders, the free hamam although i didn't use it, breakfast was great, room was great, loved the pictures in my room and in the lobby, Salman the Turkish guide that speaks arabic is a great person and he arranged tours for us and his way of greating people is great. there is a near supermarket and two malls (one is near but the other is around 1 KM away) (i only stayed for two nights and i think they are not enough to utelize all the facility especially that we used to be outside most of the day and come back only to sleep)
staff were not friendly (don't get me wrong please, they were professional, polite, helpful but they miss the friend quality), location is not close to the city center, i wished you had a discount card for gusts (if you have one, nobody infromed us of), the lady in the gym dosn't speak any english, we wanted to ask about turkish hamam but we couldn't communicate with her!!,

I chose Baia Hotel Bursa for its convenient location near the automotive plants in the area. The modern and well-appointed interior impressed me, with spacious and comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. The top floor restaurant offered beautiful mountain views during breakfast, with a good selection of juices, breads, and pastries. Baia Hotel Bursa is a great option for a business trip to Bursa.
Despite some drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews such as staff shortage and less cleanliness, I found my stay at Baia Hotel Bursa to be satisfactory. The hotel may look a bit tired, but the location and comfort outweighed any minor inconveniences.

Very excellent view. Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was not bad, but could be better for a 5 star hotel
When we arrived a gentleman introduced himself as working with the hotel, but he was an external tour operator, and he was clingy, trying to sell his services and made our stay uncomfortable, pestering us. Being a well known hotel they shouldn't allow such people selling their services directly to the guests rather than through the concierge,

My stay was comfortable overall. The room was modern and clean, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and electric kettle provided. The gym was well-equipped, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The breakfast was somewhat limited, and I had to search through unlabeled dishes to find what I wanted to eat.
